Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will manage customer accounts. In this role, you will be responsible but not limited to managing the order process and providing quality customer support. It will be your responsibility to make sure that customers are up to date about the state of their orders. In this role, you will have an opportunity to engage with customers and suppliers across the globe. A dynamic environment will teach you how to respond to challenging situations, develop and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Professional proficiency in written and verbal English
- Professional proficiency in Russian and/or Dutch language (another language is a bonus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft package (especially in Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive mindset
- Attention to details
- Working experience in Logistics/ Customer Service/ International Business
