Account Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Handling invoicing, accounts payable;
- Spotting opportunities and transforming them into deals (pre- and post-sales);
- Handling complaints and solving issues, including Skype/LiveChat/e-mail/phone contact with clients;
- Adhering to implemented practices to ensure the outmost customer care;
- Identifying problem areas in order to take direct action;
- Resolving issues and providing information in regard to company’s products.
Requirements:
- Minimum MBO education (HBO or University level is a plus);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/customer care/helpdesk/consultancy in ISP/ hosting environment (is a must);
- Relevant ICT knowledge and interest in Hosting & Cloud solutions;
- Commercially strong in identifying growth opportunities and excellent relational skills;
- Strong time management and analytical skills;
- Near-native or Native level in English (is a must) and Russian, Dutch is preferred;
- Customer- and performance-oriented;
- Living in big Amsterdam area/Randstad.
