Accounts
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
Operations
- Serve as a link between the customer and the farms, logistic centers and make sure that the orders are being shipped and delivered on time.
- Keep track of the product stock in the different repackaging facilities.
- Enable the importation/exportation process of the product from Volzhenka farms to the repackaging facilities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Account Management, Operations or Business Development
- Works well independently and also collaboratively within the team
- Strong attention to detail, with good analytical skills
- Able to work effectively within a tight time framework.
- Pro-active, results-oriented, and willing to think "outside the box"
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good positive work attitude
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, French / Russian is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint, CRM software is a plus
