Administration Manager

You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administration unit and its members, including, health and security standards, office supplies, cleaning, maintenance and inventory and reporting any issues to the Head of Facilities & Property;
- Initiating, coordinating and overseeing goals, deadlines, and projects, set priorities and delegate work to admin members;
- Assessing employees' performance, participation in recruitment process where necessary, provide guidance and take corrective action to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Identifying opportunities to develop, review, and improve administrative policies, processes and procedures to improve admin operations and function;
- Be responsible for monitoring costs and expenses and assist in budget preparation;
- Developing and monitoring the reporting process and KPIs' formats and processes;
- Participating in meetings and creating presentations and management level reports;

- Proven working experience as administration/operation manager or a related field;
- A bachelor degree in equivalent field;
- Be able to delegate tasks and effectively allocate resources;
- Project management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organisational, planning and reporting skills;
- Exceptional leadership and resource management skills;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
- Previous experience in faced paced environment;
- High level of organisational effectiveness;
- English language is a must, Russian could consider as an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
