Administrative Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support: communicate with property managers, vendors, and suppliers (order office supplies, order food and drinks, arrange cleaning and maintenance, and so on)
- Plan and control the office budget
- Cooperate with the various HQ departments in Moscow (Sales, Legal, Logistics, HR, Accounting, Tax, Marketing, and others) as well as representatives of Yandex offices worldwide
- Provide documents to HQ as necessary
- Help manage local staff records in cooperation with HR and the local C&B program administration
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, especially in the areas of employment law and workplace safety
- Maintain contracts, invoices, correspondence, and other records
- Manage document flow and archiving
- Create and handle expense reports
- Help plan company outings and events
Requirements:
- Dutch/EU citizenship/valid residency/work permit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent Dutch, English, and Russian proficiency)
- University degree
- Strong background in administrative or secretarial support (minimum two years of experience in a similar position in the local market)
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams (+ ability to work independently)
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and outside contacts
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, experience with the Oracle electronic document flow system preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining a commitment to deadlines
- A caring heart and attention to detail
