Main Responsibilities:
- handling incoming calls and advising clients
- providing product information, recommending suitable solutions and processing current orders
- sale of company services and registration of new reservations
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of Russian and English
- the ability not to get confused and to cope with stressful situations with a smile on the phone
- positivism and ability to take care of people on the phone
- high responsibility and accuracy
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- customer focus
- sales experience in the B2C sector will be considered as an advantage
