Main Responsibilities:

  • Create SEO concepts and strategy and execute effective campaigns to enhance the customers’ online presence, aligned with both short-term and long-term targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Liaise with clients and content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to SEO guidelines
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure clients and content team are on board
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Constantly evaluate the SEO initiatives to improve efficiency and ROI
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market, including competitive situations


  • Have a passion for and deep understanding of online gambling with 2+ years of SEO experience in the sector
  • A native in one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch or Russian
  • Be well connected in terms of industry-relevant contacts across the globe
  • Understanding of gambling products, branding and user flows
  • Know the local market conditions
  • Know how to get things done fast
  • Have strong planning and organizational skills
  • Be self-motivated, work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
  • Have high energy, drive and a sense of fun
