Content Writer and Communication Specialist

The role of the Content Writer and Communication Specialist will:
- Write, edit or compile content for different internal communication mediums (intranet, slack, emails, newsletter, memos).
- Maintain communication with all departments for information gathering.
- Organize and provide support during internal events - all hands, guest talks, etc.
- Ensure consistency of internal communications messages across all departments as well as with external communication messages.
- Contribute to collecting feedback on internal communications.
- Create, execute and analyse internal polls, questionnaires.
- Manage internal social media channels of Picsart.
The Successful Hire Will Have
- BA or above in Communications, Marketing, PR or a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience working as a content writer, editor, PR specialist or journalist
- Strong communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication, storytelling and editing skills
- Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian (preferably)
- Good project management skills
- Accuracy and good eye for details
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
- Knowledge of design tools and design skills is a plus
- Knowledge of communication tools is a plus (Slack, G-Suit, MailChimp, etc)
