Customer Service Representative EMEA

Main Responsibilities:
- Own a nominal customer portfolio: be the point person for the customer
- Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up
- Main point of contact between the Customer Service and a specific market or customer list
- Attend monthly commercial meetings (demand consensus, credit etc)
- Main point of contact for escalation issues (order delays, production issues, complaints)
- End-of-month/sales push follow-up
- Continuous Improvement projects
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
- Fluent in Russian
- Fluent in English
- Acute customer centricity
- Excellent relational skills
- Good communication, coordination and collaboration skills
- Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
- Ability to work in a fast moving, business intense environment, at high accuracy and speed
- Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement, be a self starter
- Ability to manage projects
- Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
- SAP/ CRM / SFDC a plus
