Customer Service Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- You will be liaising directly with players, primarily via live chat and occasionally by email, to answer their questions and resolve their queries
- Act professionally when having to inform players of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements
- Always providing fast, accurate, thorough and friendly responses
- You will stay fully up-to-date with all of the guidelines, policies and procedures and will be up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting players as requested by management
- You’ll enjoy a fast-paced environment and working to agreed targets.
- You will be willing to know the business in depth by being involved in projects and task groups
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer facing role is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in the online gaming industry or online payment processing beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
- Customer-orientated
- The ability to multitask and think quickly on your feet to be able to make solid decisions
- Tech-savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools
- Highly- motivated with great attention to detail and able to evaluate customer demands.
