Main Responsibilities:
- Support of "Digital Farming" applications - by phone and e-mail - for the Russian market
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge database and training material
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Sales, Product Management
- Representing the software solutions at international agricultural trade fairs
- Ensuring success and progress of the company AND customers as well as long-term customer retention
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies ideally with focus on agriculture / agribusiness, crop science or comparable educational background
- Preferably first professional experience in customer service, but not a requirement
- Good knowledge of English and fluent Russian
- Excellent communication skills, high service and customer orientation, empathy as well as confident and convincing appearance
