New Business Developer

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research where you look into the current market, evaluate the products, identify needs and monitor competition
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns with the aim to acquire new prospects
- Generate new business through calling and coherent follow up
- Represent the organization by presenting the products and services to potential clients during an initial sales presentation on Microsoft Teams
- Travel with an International account manager to your potential clients and close the deals (limited with Covid-19)
- Have regular meetings with the team to check in, share insights, results and fuel the team spirit
Requirements:
- A HBO thinking level or degree in a Business or Commercial field
- Minimum 1 year of professional Sales Experience, preferably in new business acquisition
- You have an excellent command of the Russian and English language in speech and writing;
- Results oriented, high-energy team player who knows how to take no’s and close deals
- Multi-tasker who knows how to manage their time
- Trustworthy, natural communicator who knows how to build long term relationships with clients
- You have knowledge of sales techniques and you have good negotiation skills;
- Able to travel internationally when required
