Main Responsibilities:
- Organizing the process of receiving, processing, registering and ensuring prompt routing incoming and outgoing organizational and administrative, regulatory, reference and information and other service documentation in line with the company guidance and standards
- Ensuring records of outgoing mails/parcels are correctly filled in on delivery company’s websites and/or forms
- Consulting and informing employees on the issues of working with documents
- Suggesting proposals for improving the work with documents
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration is preferred
- From 3 years of PA
- Must have: knowledge of the basics of office work; knowledge of the basics of archiving, listening skills, successful questioning techniques to enable to get the right information, problem solving skills, time management, Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
