Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize office activities;
- Oversee stock of office supplies;
- Greet visitors at office;
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail;
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport;
- Employee has to maintain a professional attitude during conversations; needs to be well-versed with both verbal and written communication styles in Dutch, English and Russian languages;
- Translate internal documentation based on requests and interpreting at meetings from English, Dutch and Russian languages;
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Preferebly candidates who are in Netherlands;
- 2+ years of experience at international companies either as a receptionist/office assistant or translator (including freelancer experience). Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Good Dutch, English and Russian language level;
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong ability to multitask;
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
