Main Responsibilities:
- Providing responsive, proactive and professional resourcing service, ensuring the attraction of the best quality talent in the industry;
- Sourcing and screening direct applicants against both live and pipeline vacancies using various methods;
- Screening candidates' responses against job specs and conducting telephone interviews;
- Arranging Interviews and collating feedback to both candidates and Hiring Managers;
- Coordinating with Planning team to confirm start dates and on-board new employees;
- Posting vacancies on the company website/external job boards/social media;
- Recruitment reporting – candidate tracking, pipeline status, campaign statistics.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, EPC sector, downstream;
- Advanced LinkedIn and hh.ru user using best practice search methodologies to identify and engage with top talent;
- Great communication and influencing skills, able ensure consistent messaging throughout the process;
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude that contributes to successful initiatives;
- Passionate about getting the job done right;
- Able to deal quickly and effectively with large amount of information;
- Well organised, methodical, patient, determined, used to stressful situations;
- Attention to details and correct execution of processes;
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different environments;
- Great knowledge of Russian labour market;
- Fluent Russian and English;
- The candidates MUST HAVE the right to work in the UK.
