Russian Speaking Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the functioning of the office: ordering stationery, consumables, etc.;
- Interaction with courier services, cleaning and maintenance companies;
- Receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Record keeping;
- Organization of meetings, appointments, negotiations;
- Participation in organization of corporate events;
- Budgeting expenses for office needs;
- Fulfillment of orders of management
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian & English (Verbal & Written)
- Experience with administrative and clerical work is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Eligible to work in Cyprus
