Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership throughout the sales cycle: From prospects identification, tendering, deal optimization, to negotiation and closure of wind farm supply contracts
- Establish solid customer relationships, building trust and understanding the customers´ business case to develop ideal value propositions
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and across group functions
- Monitor and assess market trends and customer/competitor activities
- Handle internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute in the development of Vestas' commercial strategy
Requirements:
- Business or Engineering degree with Master's or equivalent
- Solid experience in Sales, Commercial Sales and / or Business Development, e.g. with proven history in the renewable energy or other project sector
- Contract negotiation skills and experience with complex technical contracts
- Ability to identify and involve business stakeholders
- Fluent Russian and English is mandatory
