Main Responsibilities:
- Solving technical issues and client’s queries (written form);
- Help to our clients with configuration; help them to understand system set up etc.;
- Close cooperation with developing team Creating technical documentation;
- Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian language both in written form;
- Empathy, strong client orientation - very pro- customer-oriented personality;
- Knowledge of Internet services (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, ...), TCP / IP protocol;
- Experience in technical support is an advantage; Strong work ethic and multitasking;
- Accuracy, logical thinking, the ability to identify and follow priorities;
- Familiarity with API technologies, HTML/CSS/JS etc. (don’t need to develop, but need to understand).
